Shipping information
Free shipping on all orders within the continental USA. Prospectors Dream items are the one exception — shipping on those is calculated at checkout.
In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on a Friday are processed the following Monday.
Some shipments require a signature on delivery. Oversize items ship by freight, average 7–10 business days, and are delivered by appointment.
We also ship to Canada and 200+ countries where the manufacturer permits it. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & warranty
30-day returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
Items should come back unused, in their original packaging, with the manual and warranty card. Faulty out of the box or our mistake, and we cover shipping both ways.

Every detector we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you make a claim rather than sending you off to do it alone.
