Minelab X-TERRA 505

The X-TERRA 505 sat in the middle of the range: VFLEX frequency switching by coil, multi-tone audio, manual and automatic ground balance, and a target ID system fine enough to make real decisions with. It did not have the 705's full frequency spread or its prospecting capability, but for park, pasture and old-yard coin hunting the difference on the day was small. A well-built machine that plenty of people used for a decade. The current equivalent is the X-TERRA Pro.
