White's GMZ

The GMZ was the simple way into nugget hunting. A high-frequency gold machine with the tuning taken care of for you, so a first-time prospector could get into the field without learning ground balance theory first. It will not do what a GMT or a PI will do in the worst ground, but on moderately mineralized wash it found gold, and it did so at a price that made trying nugget shooting a reasonable decision rather than a big one.
