Returns & warranty
30-day returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
Items should come back unused, in their original packaging, with the manual and warranty card. Faulty out of the box or our mistake, and we cover shipping both ways.
Tero Vido products and Nokta Invenio detectors are final sale.
Every detector we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you make a claim rather than sending you off to do it alone.
To start a return, email support@detectorexperts.com with your order number, or call (214) 393-7076. Full details on our return policy.
